About the Founder
Laury Georges-Lane is a former Human Resources executive of 25 years who now leads her consulting firm, LGL Consulting & Executive Advisory Group, LLC focusing on Executive People Services. During her tenure in the discipline, she made an impact on industries such as energy, healthcare, government, and retail. She has provided consultative services domestically and abroad, emphasizing employee relations, diversity initiatives, and HR policy creation.

Not to mention her experience in labor and employment law, which has continued to thrust her into the next level of leadership utilizing her expertise in executive coaching and corporate mediation. She continues to leave an indelible mark on people and processes by exercising her civic duty on both public and private sector boards and committee memberships, not excluding community service organizations.

Laury has served as an expert HR panelist on topics including Race & Economics, HR in the Artificial Intelligence era, Immigration and Workforce Development, and Women in Corporate America and the Pay Gap. She holds degrees from the University of Florida, Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law, Nova Southeastern H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business, and poses candidacy at the Harvard School of Business. Equally notable, she has earned her Florida Supreme Circuit Civil Mediator credentialing that continues to allow her to contend for the best and align herself with excellence.
